Integrity Concierge Care
Surgeries can be quite scary.... even the ones we electively have. After all, regardless of how healthy we are, there are always risks. Ensuring you are in tip-top shape both before and after a surgery as well as choosing a surgeon that is experienced and talented, who understands your desires typically brings about the outcomes we wish for. A surgery center or hospital is overflowing with skilled and competent nurses to assist our physicians, but sometimes just an hour or two after surgery, we are sent home unsteady and groggy with only a piece of paper with some broad instructions and told to call with any questions or concerns. For many people, this can elicit a concern at best, anxiety at worst. Our family and friends have good intentions, but they've usually never experienced or cared for someone after a large procedure. As Sonya Teclai said, "Uncertainty is the most stressful feeling".
After a combined 43 years of experience in nursing, we had been told time and time again that our patients wished they could take us home with them after their surgeries or hospitalizations. Whether it was because they were single or far from their families, their families weren't quite the medical type and they didn't want to burden them, the anxiety of recovering from a large procedure almost caused them to back out of it, or just for a familiar face that was knowledgeable and nurturing in an unfamiliar situation. Finally, we decided, "Let's give them what they want! Let's go home with them and support them where they will feel most comfortable and secure"! We are able to handle any needs you have and use our experience and assessment skills to monitor closely for any signs of concern, thus being able to alert the physician immediately should we need to. Did I mention we also LOVE to travel, so whether you are planning a surgery in another city, state or country, your secret is safe with us and our bags are packed and ready to go!

My nursing career began in 2002 where I first entered the hospital ICU setting directly after graduation. After a few years I accepted an additional role in a local plastic surgeon's office assisting in both a clinic and operating room setting. In 2015, I embarked on an adventure that would allow me to help build a private practice from the ground up. The challenges were many and quite intense but this enabled me to grow immensely as both a nurse and manager., After many years of facilitating someone else's dream and having learned where there were areas of lack within the medical field, Integrity Concierge Care was born of aspirations and desires to offer services for clients that so many had requested in my medical experience. It is my deepest desire to showcase competent and capable, autonomous nurses and caregivers that are respected for their commitment to those they serve by providing a level of care only attained by exclusive private nursing care. We would love to be able to care for you and your loved ones!
Tammy Manning, RN
I entered the workforce in nursing after graduation with my Associates Degree in 2001. I first entered the hospital setting in the post-surgical area and then transitioned to the operating room, focusing on plastics and reconstructive surgeries. Three years in this role provided me with a thorough
understanding of the clinical needs during and post-surgically working with several of the best local surgeons. In 2004, I accepted a position in a local private plastic surgeon’s office assisting in consultations, clinic, operating room, and post-surgery care. Plastic surgery became my passion and key focus for my nursing career for the last twenty years. During this time, I returned to school to complete my Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, allowing me to take on additional nursing management responsibilities. In addition to my experience with Huntsville based Plastic Surgeons, I spent 6 years working in London at a prestigious Harley Street private practice expanding my plastic surgery nursing experience. With elderly parents, I returned to the Huntsville area in 2019 where I have combined hospital and private practice roles. Integrity Concierge provides me with an exciting opportunity to work closely with Amanda, a friend and a colleague I have worked successfully with in a number of roles. The new business allows us both to bring all our customer service and a detailed knowledge of the cosmetics process to our patients ensuring high quality post operative care with customer focus.
